What can I use today?
The link-in-bio page: your page at /@handle, a drop page for each reel, and view and click counts. It's free to use. Comment-to-DM automation, the inbox, scheduling, and insights are coming soon — after you sign in, tap “Notify me” on any of them.
Is this allowed on Instagram?
Viralmaxxing only uses Meta's official Graph API for Instagram professional (Business or Creator) accounts, with the permissions Meta grants for comment and message automation. There is no scraping and no unofficial client. We also pace sends under Meta's documented limits and pause automatically on errors — built to reduce spam-like behaviour and keep you in control, especially during viral traffic.
Do you need my Instagram password?
Never. You sign in through Meta's own OAuth consent screen, the same way you'd connect any official app. We store an encrypted access token, which you can revoke from Instagram at any time.
Which languages does the matching understand?
Tamil script, Tanglish (Tamil in Latin letters), Hinglish, and English ship out of the box, as intent sets — PRICE, LINK, INTERESTED, DETAILS, BOOK, SEND. You can add your own words per campaign and set negative keywords that stop a reply.
What happens if my reel goes viral?
Comments queue instead of dropping. The sender paces itself under Meta's limits, rotates your message templates so replies aren't identical, and if error rates climb the account pauses and notifies you with the reason.
Why did a specific comment get (or not get) a DM?
Open the DM log: every entry records what matched — the intent, the language, and the exact word — or why it was skipped. Debuggability is a feature, not an afterthought.
Which accounts can connect?
Instagram professional accounts — Business or Creator. Personal accounts can't use Meta's messaging API; switching type takes a minute in the Instagram app.
